Georgia comes from an administrative background, and in her current role provides comprehensive services including but not limited to forming and closing companies, upkeeping of statutory registers and managing governance and compliance. She particularly enjoys handling share transfers and helping Clients with their company structure review.
Georgia aims to help her Clients feel knowledgeable and informed, making them aware of points they may not have previously known to help them run their company more effectively.

If you could choose any superpower, what would it be? I’d pick the ability to fly so I could get to any destination without having to endure long haul – I’m really not a fan of aeroplane travel!
What’s your favourite food? Curry goat – my family are from Barbados and my mum makes it best!
Who would be your dream client? Beyoncé, because I’d love to know what she’s really like.
Would you prefer to be the funniest or smartest person in the room? I’m already the funniest person in the room, ha! So I’ll add on smartest and those two traits can work hand in hand!
