Your problem is our passion.

We know most businesses try hard to comply with legal and regulatory frameworks, but in an ever-changing landscape it’s an arduous and never-ending task. A company secretary ensures good corporate governance, effective administration and compliance with legislation and regulations that govern business and industry.

Yes, ensuring you adhere with legal requirements is critical to avoid fines or even criminal proceedings. But our effective company secretarial function also results in improved performance and better control of procedures and processes. By outsourcing your company secretarial services to our skilled and passionate team, you can relax in the knowledge you’re in a safe pair of hands.

All part of the service.

Company secretarial support can help you limit your exposure to errors and omissions which can be costly and time consuming to resolve and can even result in financial penalties and directorial disqualifications.

Administration. Compliance. Governance. Board. Shareholders. Registered office.

Accurate administration is essential: just a small error on your Companies House filing and public register can be a real headache to fix. From SIC codes to address changes, releasing regulatory announcements to holding statutory records, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll watch your back with legal and legislative compliance at every stage of your business lifecycle, from incorporation, through group restructures and even dissolution, ensuring proper conduct in all company activities.

Corporate governance balances the interests of your company and its stakeholders as well as providing the framework for achieving objectives. We’ll help with every aspect, from performance measurement and action plans to internal processes and corporate disclosures.

Preparing paperwork before and following board meetings, maintaining agendas, taking and circulating minutes and keeping stakeholders informed, we’ll be the key point of contact for shareholders on everything relating to corporate legalities.

Our team will be the point of contact corresponding with shareholders on matters regarding corporate legalities, dealing with share transfers and allotments, liaising with registrars and handling any concerns that may arise.

Companies registered with Companies House, HMRC and other official bodies require a registered address to send send notices, letters and reminders, and in order to avoid potential fines and penalties it’s important that correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly. By filing us as your company's registered office address, we can keep on top of this while enabling you to retain your personal privacy.

Your frequently asked questions.

Yes, there can be fines and penalties levied for failure to comply with legal and regulatory frameworks. The wider implication is the potential impact on future directorships or, even worse, the extreme of criminal charges.

No, we won’t be legally registered on your business. Under the new companies act, while a company secretary is no longer a legally required appointment, the role remains a requirement which now falls on the directors. So we can take this chore away from you while ensuring you remain compliant with your requirements.

We have Clients of all shapes and sizes from one-man-bands to large complex corporates.  Many of our Clients start off as the former, and as we help them achieve their business goals they evolve into the latter! Some are already at their target size when we start working together, and if that’s where they’re happy to stay we’ll work with them to help them achieve that. There’s no such thing as a small fish in our eyes, and every single Client we work with holds the same value and respect.

There’s no one size fits all solution, so you can tailor the services you use to those you really need. We can help you identify where your time is best spent, and how we can best assist you to achieve that – and as your business evolves, if your needs change that’s also something we’re ready and willing to support.

Wherever possible we like to work to a fixed fee. For that set amount you’ll get as much access as you need to your team (within reason!) to ask any questions, and for them to give you all the help and advice you could possibly need.

While all of our offices are located in the UK, we have many international Clients and our team speaks 14 different languages, so if you’re overseas and need help with your UK tax affairs, we’re confident we can help you.

Our happy clients.
