Grace is often found on calls or in meetings with clients across her portfolio, discussing upcoming year ends, reviewing and signing off accounts, or finalising tax returns ahead of submission. She also plays an active role in tax planning and forecasting, helping clients prepare confidently for the year ahead.
What Grace finds most rewarding is identifying allowances and reliefs her clients may not have known about, ensuring they’re making the most of every tax-efficient opportunity available. She’s passionate about building lasting client relationships and believes that good advice should always be clear, practical, and easy to understand – never overcomplicated.
What’s your favourite quote to live by? Expect nothing and appreciate everything.
If you could give your younger self advice, what would it be? If it’s not going to matter in two weeks, don’t spend more than two minutes worrying about it now.
Who would be your dream client? A top-class racing yard who were well renowned nationally. Horse racing is a big hobby of mine!
What’s your favourite part of your job? Developing friendships with my colleagues and working as a team across the whole company.
What is your proudest moment at RiverView Portfolio? Going from trainee accounts assistant to Client Portfolio in the space of 10 years working here.
