What’s New?

Track Money in and Out for Each Contact

Each contact record’s “Activity” page provides us with a summary of the money due to and from businesses, along with their most recent dealings with them, such as bills or invoices.
Xero have added a bar graph on the ‘Activity’ page that displays cash in and out over the previous 12 months to help clients manage contact activity. This will make it simple for clients and us to notice patterns and late payments.

Search, Filter & View More Statement Lines when Reconciling

As I am sure some of you have noticed Xero’s has an improved bank reconciliation experience to make it simpler for clients and us to maintain current account balances and financial records, to assist clients in finding and reconciling transactions quickly.

The bank reconciliation page now displays up to 50 statement lines. You can now search for statement lines and filter them depending on the amount and date range.

Enhanced Bills Page

To help you locate and manage your bills more quickly, you can now filter the list of bills by document type and bulk void bills directly from the Bills page.

Foreign Currency Disclosures on Reports

For improved insights into your foreign currency exposure, you are now able to view the exchange rate used to convert currencies when filing a report that includes multiple currencies.

The Account Transactions report now features a “Revalued” column, that displays an icon indicating when a sum has an exchange rate disclosure. The Aged Receivables and Payables reports also show this indicator.

Xero are utilising generative AI to provide us and clients with the assistance we need in real-time so clients and us can resume managing the business. you can now open a case with support staff with what you need help with, and Xero will gather material from expert support articles to create an answer for you on the case raise page. Saving the trouble of having to look and search for it on your own.
